David obtained his honours degree in business from Laurier University and worked a successful career in business development sales for 12 years. Impressively, he ran the largest book of business in Canada and was the youngest person to hold that title by 10 years.
David’s business success provided him with the perfect background experience to excel in the world of real estate; however, he didn’t fall into a real estate career like some, but entered this business as a conscious choice.
After creating his real estate investment company along with his wife Julie Bradica and falling in love with the work, David realized real estate was a true passion and decided to leave the corporate world to focus on developing their company.
In his first year as a full-time agent, David became the #1 Individual Realtor® by units sold at Keller Williams Real Estate Associates and #2 in all of Canada for Keller Williams.
From residential homes to commercial properties, David has personally executed on more than 1,000 real estate transactions, making him an expert negotiator and invaluable real estate resource for our clients.
